Lab Series Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
Products purchased from labseries.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30 days from the date the order is delivered. We accept returns for products purchased from labseries.com only, and all returns are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse.
- Returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).
- Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and you will receive a credit confirmation with your refund amount once your return has been fully processed.
- For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Refunds issued to a credit card, Lab Series gift card, Alipay, or for orders placed through Instagram can take up to 7-10 business days to post to your account. If another payment method was used, please reach out to that payment provider or financial institution for more information.
- Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Lab Series Online. If issued in these instances, Lab Series Online has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
- If the payment was split between a Lab Series gift card and credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card first. If a balance remains to be credited, it will be applied to the Lab Series eGift Card.
Please also note:
- Lab Series Online monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
- If items that are ineligible for a return are sent back to Lab Series Online, those items will not be mailed back to you.
- Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.
- Engraved items and items noted as ‘final sale’ or ‘not returnable’ are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Lab Series eGift Cards are issued by ELC Brands Management Inc. and sold by its third-party partner, CashStar, and thus cannot be exchanged or returned to Lab Series Online. All Lab Series eGift Card purchases are subject to CashStar’s return policies.
- If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please chat with us. eGift cards, gift cards, promotional items, final sale items, or products purchased somewhere other than labseries.com are not eligible for return online.
Return Instructions
Please contact us at 1-866-316-4819 or via live chat for assistance. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address.
1. Print It: Print the free return label from your email.2. Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
3. Ship It: Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
Exchange Instructions
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
Damaged items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via CHAT or via phone at 1-866-316-4819. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents. Please note that in order for us to process a claim of lost, missing, wrong, and/or damaged items and/or packages, you must alert us within 30 days of receipt. Lab Series reserves the right to deny claims received after 30 days.

Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Lab Series reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances. Please note that in order for us to process a claim of lost, missing, wrong, and/or damaged items and/or packages, you must alert us within 30 days of receipt. Lab Series reserves the right to deny claims received after 30 days.
Issues With a Delivered Order or Lost Packages
Note: Lab Series Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Lab Series Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
Something is missing from my order
- You have 30 days from the date the order is delivered to contact us about missing items.
- Verify that the products in your order match your order confirmation email or your online account. If the item is not listed, that means the item was not added to your order when it was placed.
- If a promotional item is missing from your package, it’s possible that your order did not qualify for the promotional item, or it was out of stock when your order was submitted.
- Promotional items are while supplies last.
- If the missing item is listed in your order, it’s probable that the item is shipping separately. You will receive multiple shipment confirmation emails for items that ship separately, and you can view all order information for each shipment within your online account.

I got the wrong product(s) in my order

My package never arrived
- You have 30 days from the date the order is shipped to contact us about a missing order.
- First, check the carrier tracking number from your ship confirmation email to confirm delivery status.
- Sometimes a shipping carrier will mark a package as delivered before delivery is actually made. Please allow up to 24 hours for the package to be delivered once the package is marked delivered.
- Contact the carrier directly if tracking indicates proof of delivery, but you cannot locate the package after reviewing the delivery photo and checking with neighbors or the person who signed for the delivery.
- Most carriers provide a picture of the delivery and, if the package was signed for, the name of the person who signed for the package is displayed.
- Once the carrier has marked your order as delivered, all risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Lab Series Online to you.
- If you suspect your package was stolen, we recommend you file a police report rather than contacting us.
- If carrier tracking indicates an issue with the order delivery, contact us.
